GENERAL

-Loan amounts range from $5,000 - $150,000, with a $75,000 maximum for start-up  
businesses.

-Processing time on loans is approximately 30 days.

-Interest rates are competitive with bank rates

-Minimum equity investment is 5% - 10%

-Collateral in the full amount of the loan is required.

FEES

A maximum 2% origination fee which is due at closing, along with all other closing   cost.
