The mission of the Minority Capital Fund of Mississippi, Inc. is to provide non-traditional financing and technical assistance to minority and women-owned businesses located in Mississippi.  The purpose of this program is to help bridge the gap between majority-owned businesses; and to ensure that minority and women-owned businesses are afforded the same opportunities for success as their majority counterparts.  MinCap will eliminate the current disparity that exists and thereby help minority and women-owned businesses grow, create jobs and improve the overall economic condition of the community.  In addition, Mincap will enhance the ability of non-profit organizations and churches to alleviate poverty, provide educational, economic and community development.
